Frank Russo on the Radio

Frank Russo Offers Radio Listeners a Unique Opportunity to Learn about
Florida's DUI Laws From a Practicing Attorney's Perspective.

Frank Russo giving expert DUI advice on the radio.Attorney Frank Russo recently made a guest appearance on “The Criminal Justice Forum” heard on broadcast radio station TanTalk 1340 AM. The invitation came with hope that he might share his expertise on the subject of Florida’s DUI laws.  Listeners tuned in from Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, and Polk Counties, to hear Frank talk. The program was also simulcast world wide over the Internet. The hour long interview included discussions associated with field sobriety testing, and the controversial new technologies that are now being employed to detect impaired drivers. Also discussed was Florida's new ignition interlock legislation. Frank’s presentation was so well received by radio listeners that the sponsors aired the program a second time.

Every week, “The Criminal Justice Forum” spotlights hot topics in criminal law, discusses developments in our local criminal justice system and explores current and innovative legal defenses. “The Criminal Justice Forum” has, in the past, had such distinguished guests as Pinellas County Court Judge Karl Grube, the Hon. Robert H. Dillenger, Public Defender for Pinellas County, Donald Gibson, Division Director of the Pinellas County State Attorney’s Office, and Professor Robert Batey, Criminal Law Professor at Stetson University College of Law.  “The Criminal Justice Forum” airs every Saturday, from noon to one p.m.
